Developed by Bethel Mansfield Foundation, the Sally Irving Initiative (SIRV) is a mentorship program focused on the educational and empowerment of preteen through young teen (11-16) girls.

 

Specifically, the program is designed to support preteens and young teens who are socioeconomically disadvantaged, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to spot and prevent suspicious online and social media activity, often presented as a form of predatory behavior, career perspective and mentorship, and tutoring sponsorship.
